For the next year, the library will be dedicating federal grant funds to collections, programs, and services with the purpose of improving the mind, body, and world wellness of teens and tweens in the community. This fall, programs include a free Tai Chi class and a Homework Center.
With Calm, an app for mindfulness and meditation, reduce stress, improve focus, and sleep better!
Canton teens can check out a free 2-month subscription to Calm with a library card! Fill out our form to get started!
This service is made possible by federal funds provided by the Institute of Museum and Library Services and administered by the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners.
Teen Advisory Group and Volunteering
