Story Time
Story time is a 30 minute interactive and fun program filled with picture books, songs, and finger plays. It is geared for ages 2 1/2 - 5 1/2. Participation in a library story time program is a great way to introduce new books to your child, help them foster a love of reading, and give them a chance to make new friends. Story times encourage literacy skills and language development. The development of early literacy skills is important for reading success when a child enters school.
