Finding your Nova Scotia Roots!

Are you researching or want to start researching your Eastern Canadian ancestors?

Did you know Nova Scotia is the second-smallest province in Canada, but the most populous province in the Maritime.

Nova Scotia and New England have been linked together for many centuries, so it is no shock at all when New Englanders find ancestors in Nova Scotia.

Genealogical speaker Richard Reid,  gives you tips for capturing genealogical information and family stories on Monday, March 27, at 7 p.m. in the Community Room.

Whether you're new to genealogy or just looking to break through an old brick wall, this is a great place to start your search for Nova Scotia ancestors.

This program is part of the 2017 Genealogy Series sponsored by the Friends of the Library!

This program is free and open to the public. No registration is required.
